Non-Standard High-Precision Coupling Customization – Curved Tooth & Diaphragm Coupling Machining
Couplings are critical components for connecting two shafts and transmitting torque, widely used in aero-engines, heavy machinery, wind power, and other fields. Taking high-precision curved tooth coupling standard parts as an example, the machining process is extremely precise: turning (0.5mm allowance on each surface) → boring → CNC milling (rough milling curved teeth with 0.5mm allowance) → deburring → heat treatment (790℃-820℃ quenching, -70℃ cold treatment for 2 hours, 220℃ tempering) → surface grinding → internal grinding → cylindrical grinding → jig grinding → curved tooth grinding → artificial aging (160℃, 10 hours) → fine grinding → inspection. The core of this process lies in datum coincidence design and stress relief – through process ring grooves and symmetrical process holes, ensuring consistent positioning datums across all operations, effectively eliminating residual stress, achieving flatness ≤0.002mm and coaxiality ≤φ0.003mm. Promotion should emphasize high-end equipment capabilities (jig grinders, curved tooth grinders, etc.) and customization services, targeting aerospace and precision machine tool sectors with process validation and inspection reports.
