Couplings are critical components for connecting two shafts and transmitting torque, widely used in aero-engines, heavy machinery, wind power, and other fields. The core of this process lies in datum coincidence design and stress relief – through process ring grooves and symmetrical process holes, ensuring consistent positioning datums across all operations, effectively eliminating residual stress, achieving flatness ≤0.002mm and coaxiality ≤φ0.003mm.
