As a critical component in mechanical transmission, our Couplings are manufactured to ensure zero-backlash and high concentricity between rotating shafts. We specialize in the production of various coupling types, including rigid flange couplings and flexible couplings. The machining process utilizes high-strength alloy steel or ductile iron. Our process begins with a comprehensive analysis of the workpiece to balance quality and economy. CNC turning and boring are employed for precise diameter control and internal hole alignment, ensuring excellent coaxiality. For flexible couplings, we incorporate precision elastomer elements or diaphragm packs to dampen vibration and compensate for misalignment. Every coupling is dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration at high speeds, protecting your drive system (motors and gearboxes) from shock loads. We provide OEM services, offering custom bore sizes, keyways, and surface treatments (such as zinc plating or phosphating) for corrosion resistance.
