Custom High-Performance PU/Silicone Rubber Rollers: Precision Vulcanization & Surface Grinding Tech
We are dedicated to providing high-performance industrial rubber rollers for the papermaking, printing, textile, and metallurgical industries. Core manufacturing processes include precision machining of metal roller cores, sandblasting treatment, and vulcanization molding of rubber or polyurethane under high temperature and pressure. For high-wear scenarios, we use polyurethane (PU) material, whose tensile strength and abrasion resistance are several times greater than natural rubber, with hardness adjustable from HSA15 to HSD80 depending on operating conditions. During process execution, we employ wrap cloth, wire winding, and precise temperature-controlled vulcanization technology to ensure strong adhesion between rubber and metal core, preventing delamination. Subsequent surface grinding ensures extremely high cylindricity and surface finish of the roller face, which is critical for uniform ink transfer in high-speed printing presses. We offer silicone rubber rollers for high-temperature applications (-100°C to 350°C) and nitrile rubber rollers for oil-resistant environments.
