High-Efficiency Clean Coal Dewatering Unit: Combined Centrifugal Force & Hot Air Drying Tech
To address the slow dewatering efficiency of clean coal in coal preparation plants, our dewatering unit adopts a design combining drum centrifugation with hot air penetration. The equipment features a rotating drum that uses high-speed centrifugal force to expel surface moisture from coal particles, while a central air delivery tube positioned in the drum blows hot air onto the tumbling material, achieving uniform drying from the inside out. This structure differs from traditional single vibration dewatering methods, significantly improving dewatering rates and effectively controlling product moisture at low levels. Our equipment design includes a multi-chamber structure separated by mesh screens, extending the tumbling path of materials within the drum to ensure full contact between hot air and material. The entire unit features a modular design for easy maintenance. This device is suitable not only for clean coal but also for dewatering and recovery of aggregates and coarse coal slime.
