High-Elastic Coupling | Custom Coupling Manufacturer for Power Transmission
As critical connecting components in power transmission systems, couplings perform essential functions including shaft misalignment compensation, vibration dampening and torque transmission. We offer a comprehensive range including spider couplings, disc couplings, drum gear couplings, tire couplings and elastic pin couplings, widely applied in pumps, fans, compressors, hoisting machinery and metallurgical equipment.
In terms of manufacturing, coupling bodies are produced from precision castings or forged blanks, with key dimensional accuracy ensured through CNC turning and milling. Internal and external gear rings of gear couplings undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving tooth surface hardness HRC 56-60 with excellent wear resistance. Elastic elements are manufactured from polyurethane or imported rubber through rigorous vulcanization processes, with hardness flexibly adjustable based on operating conditions (Shore A 70-98). Each coupling undergoes dynamic balancing testing and torque inspection before delivery to ensure stability under high-speed operation.
Our coupling products support non-standard customization, with targeted design based on customer-provided installation dimensions, torque parameters and working conditions, offering one-stop service from selection calculation to finished product delivery. Our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
