Wear-Resistant Mill Liners | Ball Mill & SAG Mill Parts Supplier
Mill parts are among the most consumable components in ball mills, rod mills and SAG mills operating in mining, cement and building materials industries. We primarily produce shell liners, end liners, diaphragm plates, grate plates and lifter bars, with materials covering high manganese steel, ultra-high manganese steel, high-chrome cast iron, and chromium-molybdenum alloy steel.
The manufacturing process follows a complete flow: resin sand casting or precision casting → pouring → heat treatment → rough machining → finishing. High manganese steel liners undergo water toughening treatment (heating to 1050-1100℃ followed by rapid water quenching) to obtain austenitic structure, which work-hardens under impact loads during service, with surface hardness increasing to HB 450 and above. High-chrome cast iron liners contain ≥26% chromium, achieving hardness above HRC 58 after quenching + tempering, combining impact resistance with excellent wear resistance.
Our technical team can optimize liner wave profiles and lifter angles based on mill operating parameters (rotational speed, ball charge, material characteristics), effectively improving grinding efficiency and extending liner service life by over 30%. Products are ISO 9001 certified, with chemical composition reports, mechanical property reports and UT inspection reports available.
