Custom Industrial Rubber Rollers | Rubber Roller Manufacturer for Printing, Paper & Metallurgy
Rubber rollers are key core components in equipment across printing, papermaking, metallurgy, textile and plastic film industries, with their performance directly affecting product quality and operational efficiency. Our industrial rubber rollers cover diameters from 10mm to 1,500mm and lengths up to 8,200mm, with covering materials including Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Polyurethane (PU), Silicone Rubber, EPDM and Hypalon, with hardness ranging from Shore A 18 to 100.
The rubber roller manufacturing process is rigorous and complex: first, compounding on an open mixing mill to ensure uniform distribution of all ingredients; after filtration and extrusion to remove impurities, the compound is applied onto the roller core surface; high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization in an autoclave ensures firm bonding between the rubber layer and core while stabilizing physical properties; finally, precision grinding and polishing on CNC grinders achieve runout ≤0.05mm and surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. For high-speed rollers, we also perform dynamic balancing testing (Grade G6.3 and above).
Our rubber roller products exhibit excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance, with customized compound formulations available for different working conditions. All products undergo hardness testing, dimensional inspection and runout verification before delivery.
