Fine Coal Dewatering Machine | Positive Pressure Filtration Equipment for Coal Preparation

Fine coal dewatering machines are core equipment for dewatering fine coal (<0.5mm) in coal preparation plants, with dewatering performance directly affecting final moisture content and transportation economics. Our fine coal dewatering machines employ a combined process of positive pressure filtration + centrifugal dewatering, capable of efficiently treating flotation concentrates and tailings with processing capacities ranging from 5 to 80 tons per hour.

The machine's core structure comprises a conical rotating sieve basket, feed distribution disc, drive system and high-pressure blower. The sieve basket is manufactured from stainless steel wedge wire welded screen panels or perforated screen plates, with slot openings customized based on particle size (0.15-0.5mm). The working principle is: wet coal is evenly distributed across the inner wall of the rotating sieve basket via the feed disc; under high-speed centrifugal force (up to 600G), moisture passes through the screen slots for discharge, while clean coal moves downward along the basket inner wall to the discharge outlet. Concurrent with centrifugal separation, the high-pressure blower delivers positive pressure airflow (0.1-0.3MPa) into the basket, further breaking surface tension of water films to enhance dewatering performance, with final product moisture content reduced to below 10%.

Main shafts and bearings utilize SKF/NSK imported bearings, with precise counterweight calibration ensuring smooth high-speed operation. The control system employs PLC automatic control enabling real-time monitoring of operating parameters and fault self-diagnostics.
