Heavy-Duty Precision Slewing Bearing Custom Manufacturing – Induction Hardened HRC55+, OEM Non-Stand
Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., strategically located in Luoyang Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Base, specializes in R&D and precision machining of slewing bearings. Our facility is equipped with large CNC vertical lathes, gear grinding machines, and floor-type boring & milling mills, capable of manufacturing slewing bearings from 500mm to 3,000mm in diameter with accuracy grades P0, P6, P5, and P4.
Slewing bearings are large special-structure bearings capable of simultaneously withstanding axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments, integrating support, rotation, transmission, and fixing functions.
Manufacturing Process:
Forging blank inspection: Check material and forging condition for lamination/cracks; measure dimensions and calculate machining allowance
Turning: Rough turning (5 RPM, 10-12mm cut) → aging (48h) → finish turning (6-8 RPM, 0.3-0.5mm cut) → profile finish turning (unloaded state, 0.2mm cut)
Raceway induction hardening: Hardness min. 55HRC, case depth min. 4mm, soft zone <50mm
Tempering: 48 hours at 200°C for stress relief
Gear hobbing/milling: Accuracy grade Grade 8+
Drilling: Layout positioning, hole tolerance ≤3%
Grinding: Rough grinding (1500 RPM, max depth 1mm) → finish grinding (46-60 grit resin wheel)
Materials: 42CrMo, 50Mn, GCr15SiMn high-quality alloy steel forgings.
Applications: Construction machinery (excavators, cranes), mining equipment (stacker-reclaimers), port machinery (ship unloaders), wind power (yaw/pitch bearings).
Delivery Documents: Material certificates, hardness test reports (including case depth), dimensional inspection reports, UT/MT inspection reports.
